I was really hungry all day today but focused on eating a lot of spinach with salsa instead of dressing. Felt like I ate a lot but all whole food, no fats or junk.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
