I haven't been feeling 100% lately. Sinuses... something. I succumbed to comfort food last night and had popcorn for dinner. I used 1/2 the butter I usually use and still felt satisfied, so that was nice. Hoping to get through "candy day" tomorrow without becoming a casualty. Potluck at work... chocolate for the kiddos... yikes.
147.3 lb Lost so far: 23.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 October 2018:
1820 kcal Fat: 97.68g | Prot: 86.97g | Carb: 147.24g.   Breakfast: V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz), Island Farms 2% Cottage Cheese, Good Earth Sweet and Spicy Tea. Lunch: Taco or Tostada Salad with Beef, Cheese and Corn Chips, Dr. Pepper Diet Dr. Pepper (Can). Dinner: Feta Cheese, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Olive Oil, Penne, Butter (Salted), Fresh Gourmet Butter & Garlic Premium Croutons. Snacks/Other: Snickers Snickers Bar (Miniatures), Siggi's Icelandic Style Skyr Non-fat Yogurt - Strawberry, Good Earth Sweet and Spicy Tea, Sunshine Cheez-It Cheddar Jack Baked Crackers. more...

Thanks for the props, but it's only because I went up over the weekend =:^o I've been very lazy lately about everything, and I'm trying to keep on track this week so I don't blow all my hard work.
