About to start my “time of the month,” so after today I won’t log weight again until Monday or Tuesday. I’ve done pretty well this week with either OMAD or 20:4. I feel no desire to eat in the evenings, I can even cook my husband’s dinner or prep meals for the next day without feeling tempted.

I’m still stressed about various things but I’m not resorting to eating to cope, so that’s a NSV for me.
128.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
