Padahal udh sebulan , tiap hari makan 1800 kalori ( tapi mlm nya tetep stop makan mlm ) 🤣🖐. Meski turun nya laaaamaaaaaaaaa bngttttt . Tapi alhamdulillah bb gak naik , 👌🏻😁
125.7 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
