I dug an old photo out from Facebook the other day. I need to figure out how to post pics here. I've been saying I can't see much of a difference but I was shocked! And another two pound gone this week! Gonna try courgette spaghetti later too, try to curb the carb cravings my sinus infection is causing haha!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
