This time last month I was saying "oh, if only I can get below 16 stone before Christmas" I nearly fell off the scale when I saw the numbers this morning! Being a part of this community is obviously doing more good than any 'diet' I've ever tried before!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
