Down below 208 again, which is good! 207.8.

No new lows this week, which is a disappointment. But I'll get over it.

Rode 25ish miles this AM. Feel better than usual as I took my snacks (Gu) and ate a Clif Bar before. Also, my new hydration fluid for weekend rides has calories! About 400 in my 100oz camelbak. It also has all the electrolytes which I usually have. Additionally, I got some salt tablets for runners/bikers who sweat a lot (I took 1 today). Anyway, I feel a lot better after my run. I did not feel like killing and eating the 1st person I saw when I got home, like I usually do.

I learned about Physiological needs this week, and that type of hunger sums it up. You ride for 2 hours, burn 2000 calories, and there is no amount of willpower, psychobabble, or tapping that will stop you from eating. This seems to be a common mistake us fatties make changing course from fat to skinny. The physiological need of hunger is the baseline of some type of wellness pyramid, and it lies at the core of our needs physically and emotionally.

Very proud of the wifey, she is near a goal weight for herself (160), and declined my offers for ice cream and treats at the grocery. For cheat day we are having a mexican fiesta centered around some crockpot pork (Boston Butt with mexican seasonings!) Got chips, make my home made salsa, etc, etc.

Me, on the other hand, had a big breakfast. I have candy, chips, and ice cream all in the queue for today, lol.

Well, I have schoolwork to do, it is almost 1130AM, and I need to get crackin'. I feel a nap coming on too. Need to clean my aquarium too. Grr!
