SHOCKED when I got on the scale this morning! I've been feeling bloated the past few days, positive it was from occasional carb consumption last week. Got back to KETO WOE a few days ago and the weight is, again, just falling off. Let's see this trend continue!
228.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
