I’m sore from running but I still feel good! I’ll probably just walk around the tennis courts while the kids are in their lesson today. 1.5 hours gives me a good long workout.
132.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
