I broke my fast at 1:30 (21 hours, 15 min). I had eggs, cheese, bacon, lavash flatbread, almond butter, and peanut butter granola. At work I had a Quest bar and began fasting again after that.

I also had two short, light-ish workouts (walking the dog, then jogging in place/around the living room), which burned almost 300 calories in total.

Good start to the week.
133.3 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
