Wow! I've started pushing myself to incorporate more fruit and veg and I guess this is the result. My calorie intake is drastically lower than it used to be and I'm constantly feeling full. I wish I'd done this years ago!
228.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
