nothing changed. just actually logging it lol. planning to fast until dinner tomorrow. starting this new fasting plan where i do omad but ONLY when my husband is homw for dinner. which is only 2x this week 😁
125.2 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

@kaylinrenee - Good luck! I can only fast when it works into my schedule physically and emotionally. Had to give up fasting on vacation. Just have to 'take the hit'.
