I'm trying to stay fairly consistent with my eating. I'm craving either chocolate, or strawberry cheesecake ice cream . There's only chocolate. protein powder in my house, so I guess I'm just going to have to be good n eat my strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt n pretend it's really the ice cream I'm craving. Mind over matter right? Has anyone tried the blended frozen banana. in place of ice cream? Is it any good? Think I could add some chocolate protein powder to it?
