Mayanlah diet makan ku nda spesial2 banget... Semua di hajar aja asalkan tidak melebihi BMR ku (1800-1900) per hari nya... Tapi olahraga kunci utama kesuksesan turun BB ku (3-4kg per bulan) semoga 5 bulan lg lemak2 bandel dibadanku sudah pada ancur semua... Amin
