Back to breaking my fast around lunch and not eating in the evening today. Hopefully my weight will go back down after a couple days of being back on schedule. Two days of heavy dinners made me feel absolutely terrible.
134.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
