It was a weekend of minor indulgence - my son’s birthday and I made him ice cream cake. I had a small slice and a drink as well as blueberry pie and a drink on Saturday when we entertained friends. Happy that I didn’t derail my progress and excited to clean it back up this week! I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m kinda over alcohol!
