9 st 3 lb Fat machine 22.3% No WW. Not surprised at this 2.5 on as I have been eating to excess all week. Just need to rein it back in a bit so it's the exception rather than the norm. My youngest off to uni on 22nd so there's been quite a few celebratory meals - and once she's gone no doubt some consolation ones for my sad empty nest 😢 That will be a real danger zone for me.
