I fasted until about 1:30 yesterday, took my brother and his gf to lunch at a Mexican restaurant, ate a bunch of chips and half my meal, and ate the other half for an early dinner. Not a bad, off-the-rails weekend at all, considering I had visitors and could’ve easily indulged the whole time.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
