Since I ate a lot yesterday this doesn't surprise me, but it's still very disappointing. I hope to be able to lose it again once I start another session of fasting and exercising on Sunday.
124.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
