I have to be careful this weekend and not go crazy with food. My best friend is coming to visit on Saturday, but she’s dieting too so hopefully we’ll keep each other on track.

This week hasn’t been too bad. I’ve kept on track with calories every day, carbs have been low-ish most days too, and I’ve fasted 16+ hours each day. I feel good about myself.
135.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
