udah bbrp hari inii ga diet beneran..alhamdulillah timbangan di skitr angka ini aja..stlh idul adha hrs semangaaat lagi..😂
139.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
