Yes, I am still eating a lot but not fried foods , that helps me to get rid of the water

I feel like I'm close to my goal 😊 and not because of the numbers on the scale, it's because of my belly, today my belly is quite flat, as if I lost more body fat and not just water🙏

Yes, I was feeling tired in the afternoon even eating the 1700 calories and I know I am not exercising too hard, so last week I bought potassium and magnesium and I am not exhausted anymore .

Thank you Chris, I am taking my supplements now, I have been taking multivitamins but it was already a year without potassium and magnesium
