Strengths yesterday:
-saved up calories for a birthday dinner with my friend, so I didn’t go over budget
-passed on dessert

Weaknesses yesterday:
-high carbs
-no exercise
133.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
