tadi pas bangun tidur dn stlah dari bak bb 63,6 kg.Lalu setelah minum air putih 2,5 mug gelas jd segini(jam 12.15)..nha brrti ini yg bener . skarang hari ke-4 ocd, dan waktu fasting q nambah 1 jam jadi nya 17 jam .☺️
