600 AM weight. 25.8 Lbs fat. I'm seeing a trend with too much alcohol and a big weight gain a day or two later. Hopefully the gain will be temporary.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
