untuk minggu2 ini ajeg di angka inii brrti sy fix sudah turun 1,5-2 kg. diet sejak 19 julii. walau lambat tak apalah..yg penting lingkar badan menyusut..soalny olahraga seminggu 5 kaliiik..harusnya ada yg berubah kan yaak..kalik aja lingkar badan 🙈..(pdhl belom ngukur lagi..wkwkwkw)
