There are a lot of great happenings on fs and it is all a credit to each individual and their support system and friends - CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!

Yesterday saw world of outlaws sprint cars in action - racing until 130 in the morning - I really enjoy this and it drives me - I got a buddy who we just are like kids in a candy store when we gov - the people , the stories , the dirt , the fun , forgetting all your worries -

Yesterday , I had 2 barbecue beef sandwich - pickle , onion1/2 - 1 bag spicy pork rind- 2dollar variety size - 1 sliced cucumber - 1 coffee cup of whip cream - diet soda Coke Zero - 4 note size nestle bars - water -

My. Favorite carbs are onions, cucumbers , lettuce , broccoli , green beans and asparagus / these do a good job for me and have eaten more of these lately -

Excited as I am getting back on track and the balance coming back - balance as u see my chart is an up and down one as I experiment with foods - I get plenty of exercise but hard to quantify for u - all I can say lately is a lot of moving garage stuff , cleaning , warehouse work , always hot but used to that , problem solving at work as always so I am always busy -

Family is great and doing more to keep it that way ,i.e. Less posting etc but I'll do anything or share anything good that will help the fs community from my experiences -
