13.4 lbs to go in order to meet my first goal of 170. So I am about halfway there! Yay! Taking this one baby step at a time bc otherwise I know I will lose hope fast. Hopefully, I will meet my 1st weight loss goal by September. Then I can advance to the next level. I have slipped up a few times but I will get there :)
183.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
