gak ngerti napa ajeg aja
..pdhl makan udah diatas BMR dan dibawah TDEE,olahraga juga HIIT dan angkat beban (selang seling ) 😂😂😂😂

mungkin kak @afya bisa coba rubah komposisi makro nya dengan mengurangi % asupan karbo dan menambah % asupan lemak & protein
