622 AM weight, 25lbs fat. Mostly recovered from the dental surgery but still trying not to eat on that side of my mouth. Had a good day yesterday on the bike after not being able to ride for three days and a net 500 calorie deficit. Amazing how much some good exercise can improve my outlook on life. Commuted on the bike to work again today but way too much food, fun, and beer at an after work social! Thank you everyone for the get well wishes!
152.4 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
