SOOO good to be on this side of 150! I've been trying something new for the past few days, basically something I read about in a magazine. Eat 5 150 calorie snacks and one meal per day. Kind of like a mini-fast. It's been pretty hot, like up around 109 when I started this last week, so I haven't wanted to eat big, heavy meals anyway. The 5 snacks do seem to keep hunger somewhat at bay. Of course this isn't sustainable, which is always a problem, but hopefully I will get used to eating LESS and eating lower-cal foods. Right now my biggest source of chocolate is a protein shake - you know, I gotta have chocolate every day, but I do need to start eating less of it and lower cal versions (tough to do with ice cream, LOL!). Okay, the shakes are actually 160 cals, but surely 10 calories isn't gonna mess me up THAT bad???
148.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
