I have a helpful little poem. Kale and tofu everyday until the fatness goes away.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

That's so funny. I've been eating lots of kale, tofu and even kefir and the weight is gradually coming off.
