615 AM. 18% Commuted to work on the ebike yesterday, added some extra distance, and mostly stayed in HR Zone 2. Burnt approximately 900 calories.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
