645 AM. 18.5% Appears that yesterday's loss was from not being hydrated. Terrible portion control at dinner last night. Trend is still down though!
156.8 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
