1050AM. My head hurts from way too much fun last night at the wedding! The food was good and I probably ate way too much. This was a planned cheat day though. Also rode for over 2 hours yesterday and burnt about 900 calorirs.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
