How do I log home made chicken bone broth? I didn't add anything to it, it's just thick chicken bone broth with about 1/4 " fat on top. I dipped into it for a hot cup of bone broth for lunch. it was great 👍 I added a serving if coconut milk to it and sea salt. maybe just log as chicken stock?
188.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
