naughty weekend paining for it with bellyache and now dont even want to look in mirror. i move in 2 weeks so alot on but going to try my best. once in new place new routine me and kids. home cooked meals

207.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
