10st 1.3lbs Fat 24.6% Another 2.5 off at WW Thurs which seems very unlikely again - but one more pound there and I'll get my one stone magnet, woohoo! And a pound and a half at home if I can manage it this week, will just dip me under ten stone again so fingers crossed! But at home my loss of approx 2.5 in last 2wks seems much more realistic than WW's 5lbs, so I'm just kinda waiting for a Thurs weigh in to come back and bite me on the bum!
