I wonder if there are effective exercises I can without putting weight on my foot? I miss the exercise I used to do before I broke my stupid foot and piled all this weight back on
272.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can you swim? That is a good exercise and will form your body.

I can, sort of (my form is uh, rather unorthodox haha!) but the nearest pool to me is nearly an hour away and absurdly expensive.

Ohhh. That's not good. I hope you will find something else 😊 I can't do other things because of my knee. My membership is not that expensive £31.50 per month and I can go anytime.

There are some seated exercises on YouTube but they may not suit you if you were a lot more active before. Worth a look even though. I hope you find something that helps.
