Not a bad day at all. Still struggling with stress, but napping and eating apples has helped me get through. I saw a big drop on the scale today, so happy 😀 Staying the course: tuna, apple, and animal crackers for a snack, indulgence! Sautéed spinach for dinner when I get around to it.
I have found, personally, I need to wash a starchy snack down with a good amount of water, especially to signal to myself to stop. And then, I need to remove the snack from my immediate reach. I am getting the hang of this snacking thing! This bag of crackers has lasted the entire family 3 weeks and counting. Somewhat suspicious it’s not stale. 😏
