I am no longer eating after dinner at night, or if I want a snack I eat an apple. I am consuming about 1200 calories and LOW SODIUM I use NO SALT seasoning and other herbs and spices and cook from scratch so it is difficult to calculate EXACTLY how many calories but as a REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER, I am pretty good about portion sizes and eat small portions. I do not want to go below 1200 calories as that causes the metabolism to think it is starving and it stops bodily repairs.
I have been under a great deal of personal stress so the stress hormones case the appetite to go up and I had been "carb loading" for the stress relief. NO MORE.
