Menstrual bloating and one terrible terrible night of eating lead to the gain. I actually had a food hangover! I was on the verge of throwing up for hours this morning and I felt so lethargic all day
191.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
