Good all day with food and two excellent work outs. Night time always kills me when life gets in the way and I end up eating dinner too late and it's hard for me to make good choices when wings and beer are right in front of me.
286.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
