Thanks for anniversary accolades - Since we had our celebration in England at the Cathedral where Harry and Marla? were supposed to be married, they had to hold it today - We had ring toss, poker game ( not in church), bingo, and monte carlo night (not in church) - LOL - 3

On the real side , I had some pizza last night, diet soda, coke zero , russell stover chocolate, salad with ranch, tomato, cucumber, black olive and the fixings - I had a very active physical week as always, I really don't get tired and feel great -

Anybody struggling right now, take a step back, concentrate on maybe not the food or the workout, do something fun - It could be a get together with friends, a little side trip you want to take to a place you wanted to go, a card game, a puzzle, the races , anything to stabilize all of the worry, the stress, etc, to take your mind off of your daily grind - Make a little goal to do something fun you look forward to once a week like you do goals here - Goals are great for fun too - No harm no foul - Goals are like a test, only a measure and not the end result - They are adjustable, so adjust them, don't kill yourself by making them too hard but don't make it easy where you don't feel you accomplish anything -

Remember we are here to change the outside package, the inside is always the same and that is why your true friends are always there, through thick and thin - Sometimes , however , we need to adjust the inside which includes the drama and the stress to keep the outside going - A real balancing act, which is my biggest shortcoming and I'm the first to admit that - I hope a bring a laugh to you daily, people are so much better looking and fun when they smile - Turn something negative into something positive - YOU CAN DO IT

Much success to all, thanks for the support and back at you - YOU ARE DOING IT AND CAN DO IT - DREAM BIG - WHEN NOT IF - YOU'LL GET THERE - I say look where you were this time last year, I think you'll be very pleasantly surprised -
192.1 lb Lost so far: 47.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
