My last weigh in until Monday... I've lost 3.5 lbs this week and I'm so excited to see the scale moving in the right direction. I don't expect to lose that much a week, I'm sure some of that is water weight, but it's a nice reward for the work I've been putting in lately.
I need to work harder on eating healthier foods... I'm pretty much OK calorie-wise every day, but I just need to make it healthier.
