Tweaking the intake - been tasting snippets here and there, maybe a cookie at a dance, a bite of bread on my way to getting the unsweetened ice tea.
Self-sabotage is the most successful kind! I trick myself into believing I am not doing it.
Water, water, water! Had a great dance but I have allergies and I keep forgetting to drink water.
Have a great Tuesday!
