yes, i just broke my diet.
im over 700calories for today.
hahaha....
rejeki pantang ditolak

besok jogging 10km lagi deh.
Bayar hutang malam ini.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
