Always so nice to see the scale moving down. I was doing a low carb diet from February to half-way through April but I felt very restricted and kept going out to eat and slowing my loss progress- I went from 210-184.6 on the low carb diet from Feb-Apr but now I am just staying within my calorie range of 1400-1700 (depends on how hard my workout is)and eating under 80 net carbs a day.I am also doing intermittent fasting (16:8). Since April 13, I have lost 6.4lb and am feeling better with the different foods I can eat that I couldn't have while doing low carb. Anyways-- Happy Wednesday, everyone!
