I know I didn't eat wonderfully the past two days, but I honestly think the weight gain is mostly due to water retention. I'm going to start weighing in more often to see how much my sodium is affecting things.
206.2 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
