Phew, I was hoping those couple pounds I gained from the weekend would be an easy loss, and there goes one of them already. Hopefully I’ll be rid of the second extra pound tomorrow morning and back to steady loss the rest of the week.
130.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
